Important Product Notice – White Diffuser Collar

We’ve sold over 3,000 units of this item and have received a small number of reports regarding the paint on the white collar peeling after several weeks of use.

In our initial round of testing using popular fragrance types, we did not encounter any issues. However, in a second round of testing—where we increased the fragrance concentration—we observed some instances of paint reaction on the collar over time.

Based on this, we believe the issue may be related to the specific type or volume of diffuser fragrance being used. It appears that only certain formulations or higher concentrations may cause a reaction.

Important: If you intend to use this white collar for retail or customer use, we strongly recommend conducting your own testing with your chosen fragrances before selling to the public.

As this issue does not occur across all usage types and is dependent on the fragrance used, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for this item if a reaction does occur.
