  • Processing & Shipping: It’s currently 1 day with dispatching orders.  
  • Click & Collect: Please wait until you receive ‘order ready’ confirmation email before coming to collect to avoid disappointment. 
  • No Order Additions/Changes: We are unable to Modify, Add To or Change orders once they are submitted and paid. No exceptions.
  • Showroom:The Showroom is now open for visits during our trading hours.  You can place an order via ipad in showroom. Wait time can be minimum 20 minutes but up to 40 minutes to process orders during peak season conditions.
  • Online Orders – All orders must be prepaid prior to collection or shipping
  • The onsite Live In Spirit shop will not re-open. It is permanently closed. We can only accept online orders for next day collection.
  • We are closed all public holidays, unless otherwise advised

Can I buy products directly from your premises?

Yes you can but all orders are still lodged via online website order. See below.
