x For your peace of mind we offer Shipping Insurance for orders shipping within Australia only via our courier network. This is not mandatory, this is an optional service cover. We do our very best to ensure orders leave our premises in secure and well packed cartons to minimise possibility of breakages, but there is no way we can guarantee this when orders are shipping across Australia. By taking out shipping insurance you are automatically covered for any breakages in transit or lost orders. However all claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order from the courier.
