Holiday Closure ANd Delivery Cut-off Dates

Delivery Cut-Off Dates

 To help us deliver in time for Christmas Eve, it’s important you please plan ahead and send as early as possible. The earlier you send, the sooner your parcels will reach you.

We are still dispatching orders up to 21st December.  However to get your packages delivered before Dec 25th, make sure you get them in on or before these cut-off dates.  

Dec 3rd – Friday

  • Deliveries to WA, Far North Queensland, Regional SA, NSW and remote areas

Dec 10th – Friday

  • Deliveries to interstate metro or same state regional areas

Dec 13th – Monday

  • Deliveries to and from the same metro area

Are You Going Away

If your parcel doesn’t make it in time and you are going away, you must contact the courier to make alternative arrangements.

Our couriers will continue delivering parcels right up until Friday 24 December 2021 and throughout the festive season. Some depots may have reduced office hours during the Christmas period and will be closed on public holidays.

Last Day Of Trading: Thursday 23rd December

First Day Back Trading: Monday 17th January

It’s been a busy and exhausting year so we are taking an extended break.

For Delivery orders: Place order for supplies by 20th Dec to get you through to end of January.

For Click & Collect: Place order by 21st December for pick up by 23rd December.

The online store will remain open but there will be no one packing and shipping orders until 17th Jan. We will likely arrive back to a big backlog of orders, and we will be processing them in the order they are received.
