- You must aim to maintain an average monthly spend of $600 per month. This is averaged over a 6 to 12 month period and will be reviewed sporadically. No financial penalties apply. If your spending patterns decrease, your buying status will automatically change back to ‘General User’ tiered rates.
- You must purchase in full inner carton sizes, which is in multiples of 12, unless otherwise specified, or unless you are purchasing a new sample. This means if you need 8 units, you must purchase 12. If you need 140, you must purchase 144.
- If a product comes individually boxed like a Mandala, Deluxe Metro, Carousel, these are minimum purchase of 6 (unless buying a sample) and then multiples of 6 thereafter.
- Ultrasonic Diffusers and Melt Warmers can be purchased in any quantity.
HOW TO APPLY
Existing Customers
Request an account review via email using the email address linked to your online account. We will review your purchase history and send you a form to complete if you are eligible. It can take up to 3 days for us to complete an account review to determine your eligibility.
New Customers
If you are a new customer and your first order will be $600 or more you are immediately eligible for a Trade account. Before we can create a Trade account we need to collect a few details about your business. Please complete our online form
