The coronavirus has had a major impact on the importing and freight industry globally. This has the potential to cause major issues with stock availability for many months. We strongly suggest you purchase enough stock to cover your sales for minimum 3 months at a time. Once we go out of stock on any item, it could be at least 8 to 12 weeks before we can get the product restocked again.
All international air freight will experience massive delays due to limited outbound flights.

Due to ongoing COVID 19 restrictions the following changes are now in place:
Our premises, onsite shop and showroom are now closed to the public until further notice. To arrange a visit you can book an appointment via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Online Orders: Online orders are being shipped as usual. Due to high volumes, it’s currently 1 to 3 day delay with dispatching orders.
Click & Collect: Paid pick up orders will be available minimum 4 hours after order placement. Orders will be collected from the warehouse door. Same day pick up orders are not available on Saturday.
No Order Additions/Changes: We are unable to Modify, Add To or Change orders once they are submitted and paid. No exceptions.
We apprecaite your business and are working vigorously to fulfil orders in a timely manner. We ask you to please respect our interim conditions listed above.

Pay-Pal Merchant Fees
A 3% surcharge fee now applies for all PayPal payments. Over the past 8 months PayPal have increased their fees substanially compared to other merchants, and we can no longer absorb these fees moving forward.
We offer two other payment options with no surcharge fee; direct deposit & payment via credit card.
