New Website Features:
My Favourites:
One of the new features is the ‘Favourites’ function in My Account. Many of you are regular buyers and so so we wanted to make this task a little easier for you. Just save the items you buy regularly by hovering over the image until you see the heart appear and select it.
No Credit Card Surcharge:
Another feature we thought long and hard about was removing the credit card surcharge. And guess what – we did! I can certainly hear the loud applause lol.
Changing your Mind:
Cancelling Unpaid Order – You will now have the ability to cancel any unpaid orders from your Order history in My Account. So this means – if you have lodged an order, not paid for it yet and forgotten to order something. Simply cancel the order and resubmit another one.
Making Payment online – If you checked out to pay via Bank Transfer and later change your mind – you can go to your Order history and make payment online.

ZipPay is now available:
We are not fans of encouraging the use of ‘buying on credit’ but it seems to be a way of the future for online spending trends. If you do use this option, please be a responsible buyer and try to stick within the ‘interest free’ periods so that product doesn’t end up costing you a whole lot more.
